Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information Huezo Events LLC
(“Huezo Events,” “we,” “our,” or
“us”) collects, how we use and share it, and the choices
you have. It applies to the OLA Echo Workbench
application (Meta App ID 1342799864692735, the
“App”) and to this website at
https://huezo.events.

1. Who we are
The App is operated by Huezo Events LLC, 36 Pine Valley Road, Doylestown, PA 18901, United States. If you have any question about this policy or want to exercise any of the rights described below, contact us at privacy@huezo.events.
2. What the App does
The OLA Echo Workbench is a content operations tool for creators and brand teams. Authorized users connect one or more of their Instagram Business or Creator accounts and use the App to organize source material, generate and refine video content, prepare captions and metadata, and publish or schedule content to their own connected Instagram accounts through the Instagram Graph API.
3. Information we collect
We only collect information needed to run the App and to publish content to the Instagram accounts you have expressly connected. Specifically:
3.1 Information you provide directly
- Account information. Your email address and account credentials are handled by our authentication provider, Base44, when you sign in to the App.
- Content you upload or generate. Video files, image files, thumbnails, source references, and any drafts, captions, hashtags, or notes you create or upload for use in the App.
- Device profile associated with managed accounts. An optional device profile (for example, phone make, model, and operating system) that you attach to a managed Instagram account. This information is used only to stamp technical metadata onto content you generate for that account; it is not used to track any user.
3.2 Information we receive from Meta / Instagram
When you connect an Instagram account, we receive from Meta only what is necessary to operate the App on your behalf:
- Your Instagram username (handle) and Instagram user ID.
- An Instagram access token, which is stored on the Base44 platform as an application secret and is encrypted at rest. The token is used exclusively to publish content to the Instagram accounts you connected and to read status information about that content.
- Publishing history for content you posted through the App — for example, which media was posted to which account, when it was posted, its Instagram media ID, and whether the publish attempt succeeded, was rate-limited, or failed.
- Basic status responses returned by the Instagram Graph API when the App creates, polls, or publishes a container on your behalf.
We do not request or store follower lists, direct messages, insights, comments, or the Instagram content of any account you have not connected.
3.3 Information collected automatically
- Standard server logs. Base44, as our hosting provider, may record standard request logs (for example, IP address, user-agent string, and timestamp) for security and abuse-prevention purposes. The App itself does not store, analyze, or profile users on the basis of IP address.
- Location data. The App does not collect geolocation information about you, and it does not attach a location tag to content you publish.
4. How we use information
We use the information described above only to:
- Authenticate you and provide access to the App and its features.
- Store the content, drafts, and metadata you create or upload so that you can return to your work.
- Publish, schedule, or preview content on the specific Instagram accounts you have connected, using the Instagram Graph API.
- Show you the status and history of content you have posted through the App.
- Maintain the security, reliability, and integrity of the App, including diagnosing errors and preventing abuse.
- Comply with our obligations under applicable law and under the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use content you upload or generate in the App, or data we receive from Meta, to train third-party artificial-intelligence models.
5. How we share information
We share information only with a small number of service providers that are necessary to run the App, and only for the purposes described in this policy:
- Base44 — provides authentication, the application database, file storage, and hosting for the App. Base44 processes data on our behalf as a service provider.
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — when you publish or schedule content, we send that content and the associated metadata (for example, caption, cover selection, share-to-feed flag, collaborator handles, audio name, user tags) to the Instagram Graph API so it can be published to the Instagram account you connected.
- AI generation providers. When you use the App to generate or transform video or image content, the App may send your source material and prompts to the video- or image-generation provider that you have selected in the App. Those providers process the material solely to return the generated output to you.
- Legal and safety disclosures. We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required to comply with applicable law, valid legal process, or a lawful government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Huezo Events, our users, or the public.
We do not sell or rent Platform Data (as defined by Meta) or any other personal information to third parties.
6. Data retention
We keep information for as long as it is necessary to provide the App to you and to meet the purposes described in this policy. Specifically:
- Account information and content you upload or generate are retained while your account is active.
- Instagram access tokens are retained only while your Instagram connection is active. Tokens are refreshed or replaced when Meta requires it, and they are deleted when you disconnect the corresponding Instagram account.
- Publishing history is retained so you can see what the App has posted on your behalf. You may request deletion of publishing history at any time using the process in Section 8.
- Standard server logs are retained for a limited period consistent with security and abuse-prevention needs.
We will delete Platform Data as soon as reasonably possible when it is no longer needed for a legitimate business purpose, when you request its deletion, when your account is closed, or when Meta requires deletion to protect users.
7. Security
Access tokens issued by Meta are stored as application secrets on the Base44 platform and are encrypted at rest. Content and account records are stored on the Base44 platform and are protected by access controls, network isolation, and the security measures Base44 provides. Even so, no system is fully secure — if you become aware of a security issue, please contact us at privacy@huezo.events and we will investigate promptly.
8. Your rights and how to request deletion
You can request that we access, correct, export, or delete information the App holds about you, including data received from Meta.
To request deletion of your data — including your account record, any Instagram access tokens associated with it, and content you have created or uploaded — email privacy@huezo.events from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” We will confirm the request, delete the applicable data as soon as reasonably possible, and, when we are able, confirm completion by email.
You may also disconnect the App from your Instagram account at any time from your Instagram settings under Apps and Websites. Doing so revokes the App’s access token immediately; the App will stop posting on that account, and we will delete the associated token.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law (for example, under the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation), such as the right to know what personal information we hold, the right to correct it, the right to obtain a copy, and the right to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@huezo.events.
9. Children
The App is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at privacy@huezo.events and we will delete it.
10. International users
The App is operated from the United States. If you access the App from outside the United States, the information described in this policy may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or in any other country where our service providers operate.
11. Compliance with Meta Platform Terms
The App is a third-party application built on the Meta platform using the Instagram Graph API. Our use of information we receive from Meta, and any updates to that information, will comply with the Meta Platform Terms and the Meta Developer Policies. Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to supersede, modify, or be inconsistent with those terms.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make a material change, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and, where appropriate, we will notify you through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after an updated policy takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
